Hi, I'm Emma – a proud mum to Henry and the founder of Wik Candles. Seven years ago, I launched Wik as a passion project after learning about the harmful toxins in many mass-produced candles. Driven by my love for candles and a desire to create a cleaner, safer alternative, I set out to craft candles that are not only beautifully fragrant but also made with natural ingredients. Each candle is hand-poured using 100% soy wax, free from parabens and phthalates, ensuring a clean burn every time.
Making candles has always been a therapeutic and relaxing process for me – it’s truly my happy place. I find joy in the creative aspect of it, and the act of making something with my hands allows me to unwind and recharge.
My candles do more than just smell amazing; they create a peaceful atmosphere and a sense of serenity, allowing you to embrace those quiet moments of self-care.
For me, the act of lighting a candle is a special ritual – a moment to pause, unwind, and bring warmth and tranquility into your space. Every candle is carefully handmade by me, with the hope that it brings a sense of calm and joy to your home.
